Kim Caughlin of Weave Consulting Inc is a credentialed facilitation coach and trainer with over 25 years of business experience across diverse sectors. Built almost exclusively through client referrals, her practice is a testament to her coaching expertise and thoughtful, thorough approach.Since founding Weave Consulting Inc., Kim has focused on high-growth, faced paced sectors including retail, energy, telecommunication and tech. Weave clients seek out expertise in coaching emerging leaders to reach their full potential, designing and implementing effective on-boarding employee programs, succession planning facilitation, leadership identification and strategy, and management and sales training.

Kim combines her results driven business experience with a passion for training and developing human potential. She has realized results for public, private, and not-for-profit sector organizations and individuals - from senior executives to front-line employees. Kim has contributed to her client’s goals providing tangible successes through a practice philosophy weaving an integrated, bottom-up approach throughout her client interactions to assist individuals and organization in achieving holistic, effective learning and actionable results.

Notably she has been influential in; achieving increased revenue per sales employee and overall corporate profitability for a global agency; facilitating a go-to-market strategy, staffing and sales process models for a Canadian design firm; guiding a multi-national medical device company through an organizational transition; and providing executive coaching for numerous management level professionals transitioning to director and C-Suite level positions.

Beyond practitioner, Kim has been formative in designing and implementing programs utilized by training and global assessment organizations. She has created strategic sales models and curriculums utilized globally, and leadership programs utilized with Tier 1 banking institutes, loyalty marketing and technology organizations, and The Human Resources Professional Association.

Kim holds an Honours Philosophy degree from the University of Western Ontario and a diploma of Training and Development from the University of Toronto. Kim is also certified as an Emotional Intelligence Facilitator, a Forest Executive Coach, and in Rhodes Institute Effective Intelligence Thinking Systems. Kim provides facilitation services with a group of professional consultant associates who, combined are able to service comprehensive business objectives. Based in Toronto, Kim provides facilitation services throughout the GTA and has coached clients across North America and internationally.
